Records requests can be made in person, online, or via mail. In-person requests can be made Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the address below. You can also submit your request via mail.
Please note that you must provide a HIPAA Release Form for any calls which required a medical response if you were not the patient.
Certain information contained in police records may not be available for public release, per Colorado statutes. These include:
- At-risk adults
- Sex assaults
- Child abuse
- Ongoing police investigations

A non-refundable deposit of $10 for call notes (CAD) and/or an additional $25 for any audio recordings is required at the time of the request; the total deposit is $35 if you are requesting both CAD and audio. At this time, Jeffcom 911 is only able to accept payment in the form of cash or check.
To submit a Dispatch Records Request in person:

- Print and sign the form
- Deliver your Recording Records Request Form and required deposit to the address listed below
All requests which have an agency-issued case number will require approval from that agency prior to release.
