Customer Feedback Form

The Jefferson County Communications Center Authority (Jeffcom 911) is the emergency communications center for Jefferson County and Clear Creek County Colorado. This form provides us with feedback regarding recent calls and interactions with our center.

We take all complaints regarding the agency and it’s employees very seriously. Such complaints will be investigated, to include those made anonymously. You will also have the option to be contacted by a representative of Jeffcom 911 to discuss your complaint.
