In the event that Jeffcom 911 needs to alert our citizens of a life safety event (wildland fire, barricaded subject, etc.), Jeffcom 911 can send out critical information through the Onsolve (CodeRED) system. We encourage Jefferson County citizens to register their cell phones and VoIP phone. This service is free. The information entered is only used for emergency situations and will never be released to the public or businesses.
To register for CodeRED, follow the link listed here: Your911.net
Jeffcom’s members agencies utilize Smart911 to allow citizens to upload personal information about their household in order to assist first responders in the event of an emergency. You can add as much or as little information as you’d like to your Smart911 profile and your information will only be seen if you ever have to call 911.
You can add key information about members of your household that will assist anyone you care for in the event of an emergency. Provide critical medical conditions or other relevant information and how to assist before responders even arrive. You can provide responders with visual details about your home to facilitate a faster response, such as access points, hidden driveways or gate codes. You can also add information about your pets, service animals, vehicles or any other information you want responders to know.
To create your free safety profile, go to smart911.com to register your landline phone and/or mobile phone. Your information is private and secure and is only available to responders if you call 911.
