Request Records
Records requests can be made online or via mail. Please note that you must provide a HIPAA Release Form for any calls which required a medical response if you were not the patient. All requests which have an agency-issued case number will require approval from that agency prior to release. Certain information contained in police records may not be available for public release, per Colorado statutes. These include:
- At-risk adults
- Juveniles
- Sex assaults
- Child abuse
- Ongoing police investigations

Due to credit card fees requests made online include a processing surcharge. If you would like to make your records request online click here.
